Roe Valley Leisure Centre - Sat 8:00am, long run, Marathon & Half schedules

Junior Training - Coleraine
There are junior training sessions at the University of Ulster in Coleraine on a Friday evening at 5.15pm and for the older juniors at Coleraine Grammar School Running Track on the Ballycairn Road on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 5.45pm (contact Alistair on Alistair1402@gmail.com or Gerry on email@example.com)
Junior Training - Limavady
At the 3G pitches 6.00pm to 7.00pm. Secondary School runners only.
Beginners / Improvers
For new runners, or just those looking for a less intense training session than the full club training nights, we hold “beginners/improvers” sessions on Monday nights at 6pm at the Joey Dunlop Centre in Ballymoney and in Coleraine on Friday evenings at 5:15pm leaving University of Ulster in Coleraine, Sport Centre. These groups are very welcoming and provide an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to give running a try.
